THE ANSWER TO LIFE’S INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL ASSAILANTS
WHAT IS KRAV MAGA?
it means “Contact Combat”
it is a hand-to-hand combat system developed by the Israeli Defense Forces that consists of a wide combination of other martial arts techniques along with realistic fight training.
it is an effective and efficient way to get in shape while learning how to defend yourself against the unfortunate possibilities of life. It is not an art, it is fast, intense, and when it needs to be, brutal. Your first line of defense when possible should always be to run away, but when that ceases to be an option, blows to the eyes throat and groin, maybe the difference between you being a victim or not.
